Please note: Rates are seasonal, off season from October 1 - May 31 and in-season from June 1 - September 30. We are a non-smoking and no pets hotel. Add 14% tax to all rates. Rates based on 2 person occupancy . 2 Bedroom rates based on 4 person occupancy. Fee is $25 per extra person . Rates may change based upon occupancy and season. Street parking is available. From 6:00 pm to 8:00 am daily,
parking is by permit only. We will provide a parking permit at no additional charge upon check-in. CANCELLATION POLICY:
At least seven days notice is required for cancellations of stays less
than one week; otherwise a one night charge will be applied to the
credit card on file. At least 14 days notice is required for
cancellations of stays of one week or longer; otherwise, a two-night
charge will be applied to the credit card on file. At least 30 days
notice is required for cancellations of stays one month or more;
otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable. Please obtain a cancellation
number while speaking with the reservation desk to ensure proper credit
to your account.
